I had an absolutely amazing run tonight!! While it was only a little over three miles, it felt amazing.  We went at night when the air was clear and perfect, and the sun wasn’t beating down on us.  It was spectacular.  I did an ab workout when I got back in, and just felt very proud of myself.
I saw a girl running today in a sports bra with a four pack…and it kind of made me hate her…haha.

I really want to try to do another triathlon, which means that I’ll also need to start swimming and biking again.  I’m not so worried about the biking, but it’s so hard for me to swim and THEN feel energized!!! Any suggestions??

    i loved your top ten list! i might have to make one of my own :-) but i think i’ll have to leave off the tan because my sister said to me the other day “what’s going on with your legs? THAT’S from running? omg, and look at the line on your shoulders!”. guess not everyone like’s a running tan :-)
